Mental capability Vs Physical Capability

I was never that motivated to study before in my life.I had to do it.I didn't do enough work in the past. Still, my mental capability do not match up with my physical capability. My attention span just wouldn't last. I can sacrifice sleep to study yet my brain wouldn't cooperate. Time was never friendly when we need it on our sides.Yet we never cherish it and make full use of it when we had it.
