The Alarm Clock
Promos are nearing.In a matter of weeks.4weeks.I'm still rather far from being prepared.It's not the end.I have found my accelerator.The stress and pressure of not doing well in the promos have turned into the driving force for me to do work. I did alot of of work during the weekdays with "bro" and "sis".
However when it comes to weekends,i lost the momentum.This always happens.My weekends are usually spent slacking and recovering from the lack of sleep. I intended to study,but plan was changed due to the lack of discipline and drive.Consider a alarm clock.It wakes us up from our dreams and bring us back to reality.People usually wouldn't like it when the alarm clock rings.We will always hope that we have more time to rest.
However have we ever appreciated the alarm clock?Without it,we won't be able wake up in the early mornings.Precious time would then be wasted.In times of nearing examination periods,teachers are like alarm clocks.They "ring" by nagging or scolding us.Some,however talk to us nicely or continually motivate us.We sometimes find them irriating or annoying like the alarm clock.But soon we will realise that we were lucky to have the "alarm clock".To wake us up in time so we had enough time for the day(prepare for promos). Without them,we would still be in our dreams,dreaming of how to do well in promos.They brought us back to reality.Thanks teachers :)
